雙十國慶大典在今（10）日上午10點將在總統府前廣場展開，儘管警方維安嚴格管制，不過上午有抗議學生在總統府前外圍管制點景福門附近手持標語並高喊「馬吳江下台、人民除三害」，與警方發生激烈衝突，至於908台灣國成員更在上午闖進立法院，並在屋頂自行升起台灣國的國旗。

約50多名的學生在景福門附近高喊口號，不僅情緒非常激動，更試圖進入封鎖線，要到府前廣場抗議，並與現場警方爆發拉扯、衝突，警方一度封閉管制點，連有證件的民眾也無法進入。
