陸外長王毅 總結習近平出訪4成果

中國大陸外長王毅在國家主席習近平在出訪印尼、馬來西亞，以及緊接著參加在印尼峇里島舉行的APEC領導人會議的一周訪問行程後，總結了習出訪的四點成果，而位列首位的成果，王毅指出就是中國大陸與印尼、馬來西亞關係進入新階段，彼此都提升為全面戰略夥伴關係。

王毅說，印尼是東協的最大成員國，馬來西亞則是東協國家中與中國的最大貿易夥伴。兩國與中國合作的潛力巨大，雙方關係提升，對帶動中國與東協整體關係發展具有引領示範作用。

他說，中國與兩國分別簽署了經貿合作五年規劃，提出2015年中印尼貿易額達到800億美元、2017年中馬貿易額達到1600億美元。

其次，王毅認為此次習出訪，確立了中國大陸與東協各國關係的新目標。今年是中國和東協建立戰略夥伴10周年，雙方正站在歷史新起點上。而習近平闡述了中國對東協的政策，強調中國將繼續堅持與鄰為善，願與東協國家商談締結「睦鄰友好合作條約」，結成更緊密的命運共同體。
