最近前往桃園的萬達光電應徵國外業務一職 過程中面試主管只要我以英文說明一項過去的工作經驗 然後看了我的多益成績後覺得不錯（其實也只有910） 接著就介紹公司的產品、主要客戶來源 （面板業 客戶多來自歐美韓 以車用導航面板、醫療器材為主） 並沒有多加詢問我之前的經驗 當場給我offer了(薪資約36k，獎金另計講得不是很詳細) 我已經3字頭，女，大學念的是外語系 從事的是活動企劃相關人員 等於完全沒有科技業的背景 先前投一些業務助理也很少獲得回音 對於這樣輕易得到offer感到有點惶恐 也會擔心自己的能力是否足以勝任 跟面試主管說明專業知識方面的考量 他表示比較看重語文能力 業務能力可以再培養blabla 我收到的資訊是 之前答應的人反悔沒來 目前公司也蠻缺人手的 需要補人，因為有接到國際知名品牌的單子，需要外語佳業務 想請問： 1.版上有人知道這家公司的評價嗎？ 2.像這樣的狀況，不知道大家怎麼看？ 初次發文，如果比較凌亂的話還請見諒 也懇請大家協助提供一些頭緒，謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.171.7 ※ 編輯: pharaoh 來自: 1.162.171.7 (10/10 12:44) ※ 編輯: pharaoh 來自: 1.162.171.7 (10/10 12:44)
