高雄氣爆／江揆提三不 李應元批：飼料雞院長

高雄發生嚴重氣爆災變，民進黨立委李應元今天在臉書表示，江揆提出「三不」，「真是飼料雞院長，不知民間疾苦啊！」

「冷血啊，江宜樺！」他表示，前總統蔣經國說三不：「不接觸、不談判、不妥協」，是面對當時的中國共產黨統戰，有時代的意義；但江宜樺的三不卻是：「不立專法，不編特別預算、不設專責機構」，對高雄災變來說，不編特別預算就是要錢沒錢，不設專責機構是要人不給人，不立專法就是不給授權。

李應元說，十九億對國家來說是小事，單單行政院第二預備金（為重大災難或特別政事）就編八十億，更別提民間捐款已達十億或其他資源。馬江政府顯然嫌選票太多，難道不會說一些撫慰人心的話嗎？
