很多業務都會這樣做 但是背後原因是不是因為公司規定很難說 最精點的例子是 之前跑去裕隆看車,只是稍微問問價錢之類待了1x分鐘吧 結果那個年輕業務一直要我試乘,後來還一直打電話說要開來我家 拒絕了一個禮拜就真的到達家門口了才打電話通知 從當時現場還有他後來來電的情況 個人是覺得純粹是當時他旁邊的老鳥要訓練他的臉皮吧 當初要留資料就在猶豫了(也是講公司規定之類的不留他會受罰) 沒想到真的忽然跑來 拒絕不下5次還忽然出現,這也能叫服務嗎? .......................................................... 打從一進展示間就沒人理 等了一會老鳥才叫這年輕業務來介紹 開個價錢又被老鳥使弄塗掉他原本算的 結果含個丙式險+一些基本隔熱紙之類的居然比"定價"多幾萬 我真的搞不懂是故意整我還是整新人... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.238.161.165
