在（人力銀行）看到

薪：＄33,000～＄41,000 (含獎金）不定期提供生產達成獎金。
工作內容：機台操作、異常處理。無經驗可。
工作四天休息二天，12小時制，約2～3個月日夜輪調一次。
日班：8：30～20：35、夜班：20：30～8：35

請問一下薪資（含獎金）是指（薪資）沒含獎金就代表薪資是不穩定？
