柯文哲下午巡視北市災害應變中心

台北市長柯文哲入主市府，揮力指向違建公安，下午將前往北市災害應變中心視察，了解台北市狹窄巷弄地圖，避免萬一發生火警，搶救困難。

消局局建製完成的的台北市狹窄巷弄地圖，因台北市西區老舊社區居多，一旦發生火警，不少巷道寬度少於4公尺嚴重影響救災，成為不定時炸彈，台北市就曾經發生類似案例，消防因此建立消防通道清冊。

此外，消防局也列出北市一、二級火警搶救困難地區，除了狹窄巷弄不易搶救，北市內湖區因高樓林立，也有隱憂，可能因雲梯車操作空間不足，形易成救災瓶頸。
