標題[討論] 關於業務的專案績效獎金

今天公司發生了一件事， 讓我內心不太舒服， 我是一個業務， 這個月初的時候客戶應該要付第二期款 但因為會計忘記開發票給客戶， 於是客戶須要將第二期款項延至下一週發放， 但是，今天老闆和我說，這樣我的專案績效獎金也要延後發放， 因為，提醒客戶付款也是我的責任， 問題是我已經提醒過了，也在上個月給會計客戶應付帳款時間， 也提醒會計應該先開發票， 所以我的績效獎金延後發放，合理嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.56.19
