員工出缺勤的統計表(如何比對多筆資料帶入資料)

我想做一份員工出缺勤的統計表，
圖一部分可能於3/1日有A、B、C、D、E、F、G員工請假，分別於公假、事假...等等這樣往下打，可能3/2日A員工又請公假，
那我想於圖二自動比對橫向日期及員工去填入假別該在的日期及員工位置，請問函數我應該要怎麼去做?謝謝我有附上檔案。
