陳世志成王敗寇說？羅瑩雪：就事論事

對於高雄監獄典獄長陳世志卸職後表示，「成者為王，敗者為寇」，法務部長羅瑩雪說，陳世志有他的感受，但法務部是依據證據還原實事真相，再做出懲處，「陳世志之前做的很多事獲得肯定，但這件事還是要就事論事」，第二份報告仍有肯定他做的好的部分，但他的確也有處理不好的地方。
