教主性侵案 歐陽顯判14年

士林地院審理道之門教主歐陽顯的性侵案，一審依照加重強制性交等罪，判處歐陽顯有期徒刑十四年、女教徒有期徒刑十一年。全案可上訴。

檢方指控，女教徒十多年前參加靈修團體「道之門生活學堂」，但卻盲目相信學堂創辦人歐陽顯，認為與教主性交能獲得正面能量，不但先跟歐陽顯不倫，前年更把當時才十一歲的女兒當成貢品，讓歐陽顯性侵長達兩年，令女兒生不如死。檢方查出，女兒至少被性侵十七次，經法院審理後，一審分別判處歐陽顯、女教徒有期徒刑十四年與十一年。
