廣東老翁染H9N2禽流感　台尚無人或禽染病

【蔡明樺／台北報導】禽流感蠢動。繼H7N9、H10N8後，衛福部疾病管制署今通報香港發現1例境外移入的H9N2禽流感確診病例，患者是1名住在廣東深圳的86歲男性，28日出現發燒、咳嗽等症狀，目前在香港的醫院隔離病房接受治療，老翁的檢體化驗結果今出爐，確認染H9N2禽流感。
 
疾管署指，H9N2禽流感病毒可能存在中國的家禽間，1999年首次在香港發現人類病例，至2009年止，中國、香港共通報6例確診，年齡為1～5歲兒童，到目前為止，人類病例皆為輕症，未有重症及死亡案例。
 
疾管署自1999年起監測國內流感病毒，檢體件數每年約1～2萬件，迄今累計逾25萬件，鑑定與分離的流感病毒約8萬6000株，未曾在人體檢體中發現H9N2禽流感病毒，候鳥棲息地及家禽亦同。
