比起主打攝影的 Xperia Z1，顯然 Sony 的六吋大手機在拍照規格上，更是需要靠 QX 鏡頭相機來增強才是，不過在 IFA 2013 的時候，我們卻只看到了可能會支援 Z Ultra 的原型配備，但之後其實並沒有隨著 QX10 / QX100 一起上市，著實讓許多使用此平板手機的朋友感到惋惜。不過 Sony 已經準備好要在下個月（2014 年 1 月）將這個期待已久的專屬配件帶給消費大眾。

與其他 Sony 手機 QX 專用殻基本相同，他們最新的 Xperia Z Ultra 專用 QX 鏡頭裝配手機套，也在保護殼的背上嵌入一個突起的接環，讓使用者可以輕鬆接上 QX 鏡頭相機使用，並備有黑白兩種顏色版本供選擇，建議售價為 HK$238（約 NT$920）。看來 Z Ultra 手機的使用者買給自己的新年大禮套餐（QX＋保護殼），Sony 早已為各位貼心備好了呢。
