乖乖產品使用銅葉綠素鈉　限7天內下架回收

【吳詠平／桃園報導】乖乖股份有限公司昨天主動向衛生局通報，有將「銅葉綠素鈉」使用於「孔雀夾心鬆餅-味付海苔」產品中，因此乖乖已違反《食品衛生管理法》第28條第1項規定，依同法45條第1項規定可處新臺幣4萬元以上20萬元以下罰鍰，並要求立即回收產品改正標示完竣始得販售。
 
由於乖乖是主動通報，衛生局從輕裁處，限期7天內完成標示改正，如未落並實改善將提高罰則並一案一罰。
