道路坑洞摔車判市府要賠

新竹市曾姓男子民國99年間騎機車行經新竹市中華路火車站前時，因道路挖掘回填不實形成路面下陷約2.5 公分，當日天雨積水、視線不佳，曾男騎乘機車行經該路段下陷處滑倒，造成左肩肱骨脫臼，並開刀2次，修養近3 年，現領有輕度身障手冊，他請求國賠，法官認為，曾男受傷和市府修護道路疏忽間有因果關係，新竹地院判決新竹市政府要賠償曾男19萬餘元。
