退休軍公教死亡 擬停發月退俸

行政院原擬軍公教月退俸從半年發放改為按季發放、逐步改為按月發放，減少債息支出，但媒體日前報導此事後，行政院臨時喊卡。立法院預算中心104年度中央政府總預算案評估報告指出，月退俸半年發放一次，溢發金額相對增加，潛藏國庫損失。

對此台聯黨立委葉津鈴提案修正陸海空軍軍官士官服役條例、公務人員退休法、學校教職員退休條例，明定軍公教人員死亡後次月起就停止發放月退俸，避免溢領狀況嚴重，加重國家負擔。此案今天交付立法院各委員會審查。
