鹿谷筍農古法煮筍 保留原味護傳統

南投縣鹿谷鄉清水社區老筍農黃萬安為保留竹筍的原汁原味，捨棄使用快速便捷的瓦斯爐烹煮，70多年來堅持用古式筍灶燜煮新鮮竹筍，而他沿用至今的傳統筍灶和製作古法，成為社區內積極保存傳統文化。

清水社區發展協會理事長陳企助說，社會風氣講求效率，就連飲食文化也一樣，現在每戶家庭都用瓦斯爐，不少年輕人沒看過用木柴起火的爐灶，部分中生代民眾也不知道爐灶還能依功能分成筍灶、炊粿灶等爐灶，若未保留會消失，將持續協助傳承。
