〔記者陳思豪╱台北報導〕28名國際學者日前公開發表聲明，批評馬政府作為讓人想起戒嚴時期黨國不分、法院為特定人士服務的黑暗時期。外交部15日晚間表示，尊重學者對台灣憲政發展的言論，但裡頭有些內容並未充分瞭解，且有先入為主的批評，對此深感遺憾。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/politic/~4/64t6K8gnFlg" height="1" width="1"/>
