特教性侵國賠案 教育部已提告求償

南部某國立特教學校在2011年爆發集體性侵事件，時隔三年多，僅5位被害人提出國家賠償。台聯黨團總召賴振昌說，距代位求償期限已剩三天，教育部應對失職人員提出法律追訴。教育部國教署表示，已委任律師在10月6日向地方法院提告，一切尊重司法判決。

賴振昌表示，性侵案爆發後，5位受害學生中，3位獲國賠確立，教育部一定要在代位求償時限內，提出相關法律追訴，否則就是失職，不能因為教育部怠惰，就拿人民血汗錢埋單。

教育部國教署副署長黃子騰表示，經過校方與部會多次協商會議，已委托律師提出法律意見書，針對當時的校長、主任等13位相關承案人員，提出全額賠償的民事訴訟，就看法律判決結果，我們會尊重。
