未成年是否可做果酸換膚？

目前正值青春期（１４歲），對持續長痘、粉刺相當懊惱，
手會手賤忍不住而去擠，怕擠不乾淨而發炎，
會直接用指甲硬擠，直到粉刺、痘擠出來為止，
所以臉部長痘被硬擠的那部分都會有點紅腫、傷疤，持續個２～３天。
臉部肌膚很差，有凹疤。

網上搜尋做完果酸換膚後的效果看起來也蠻不錯的，
如果可以做的話，是否需要監護人（家長）簽名即可？
風險、後遺症、做的好的畫臉部是否會是光滑嫩嫩的？
１４歲適合做果酸換膚嗎？還是須向醫生諮詢過後我的狀況再來考慮呢？
