台灣大都會區的醫美診所滿街林立，但政府卻課不到稅！監委李復甸、尹祚芊、馬秀如今（8）日指出，醫美診所目前比照「醫療」勞務，醫美診所免徵營業稅，但醫學美容不是醫療行為，有違租稅公平，糾正行政院衛福部、財政部。

尹祚芊透露，婦女產後到坐月子中心，一花就是幾十萬元，但很多坐月子中心也免繳營業稅，接下來要調查這部分，希望為國家增加稅收。

李復甸指出，稅捐單位知道要去盯燒餅豆漿店查稅，但對「含金量」更高行業，如醫學美容，收稅卻沒那麼努力。

他強調，國家的財源不能一昧節流，卻沒有開源的有效措施，「所以我們在想怎麼替國家找一點錢」。

馬秀如表示，美容與醫療不同，前者是改善身體外觀，後者是治療；改善身體外觀的醫美，卻納入治病範圍免繳營業稅很不妥當，財政部應檢討。
