標題[討論] 不知道該不該跳槽？

小弟我已經在竹南KY公司待三年 蠻受老闆賞識 所以最近有大幅度調薪 而且同事都相處的不錯 但因最近工時很長 幾乎每日做的跟輪班時數一樣 偶爾假日要加班 算一算年薪也有6x-7x萬 最近有幸錄取 台積電7廠 的測試製造部 輪班設備工程師 底薪雖然少了約1k 但待一年後年終+分紅應該很可觀 年薪會破百 只是不知道台積環境跟同事間相處會不會很好 一直被老闆約談 很猶豫要不要過去 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.78.163.218 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407327803.A.DCE.html
