手機店家保固跟原廠保固的差別有何不同

一般手機店有賣 手機店家保固三個月的, 跟另一種是 原廠保固1年的, 價錢不同,都說是全新未拆盒的, 請問這兩種的差別是? 前者是不是水貨? 還是瑕疵品維修後假裝是新機來賣??...
