頭髮少的人也可以燙梨花頭嘛?

我想請問我的頭髮髮量不多又細,這樣的頭髮少的人也可以燙梨花頭嘛?
我是比較喜歡自然一點的捲向大波浪那樣之類的, 但每次去燙頭髮設計師都建議我要燙捲一點才稱的久, 可是我又比較喜歡大波浪的感覺,我是因為有在雜誌或網路上看到一些梨花頭的圖片我覺得很好看,所以也想燙那樣,但後來被燙壞失敗了,很快就直掉了
而且現在的頭髮一直亂翹得很嚴重,我覺得很困擾.,是我真的不適合嗎?還是會有比較厲害的髮型設計師可以幫我診救,我想燙梨花頭,有誰可以告訴我哪裡有比較厲害的店可以介紹一下

    我的長度到胸部那裏,請問一般正常燙梨花頭的話大概要多少錢阿 ?
    因為之前在李奇燙過一次竟然要4000嚇死我了,而且燙的也沒有很好
    我還是學生所以預算沒有很高.....所以可不可以介紹比較平價一點的店~"~
