衛福部未核定醫療費用標準遭糾正

監察院調查指出，衛生福利部未能依法督促地方衛生主管機關，善盡職責核定醫療費用標準，造成稅捐機關，核課醫師應納稅負，失所準據；基層醫療院所也未依法設立帳簿，且情況浮濫，財政部至今一直未未依法輔導改正，兩機關均有違失。

監察院財政及經濟委員會7日通過監察委員李復甸、尹祚芊、馬秀如提案，糾正衛生福利部及財政部。
