主機板及CPU更換後，顯卡開機無畫面

各位好，
我原先電腦的配置如下圖

因為經常玩的線上遊戲雙開後，CPU會吃到90%，
趁這個過年將CPU及主機板更換成i5-4460及MSI H97 Gaming 3

但是在插入我原先使用的顯卡後，
開機卻沒有畫面，拔掉顯卡卻又能正常開機，

當然原本所使用的CPU及主機板，我另外組成一台電腦給我妹使用，
我將顯卡插回舊主機卻又能正常使用，差到我新主機板卻不行。

目前我已經嘗試將Bios更新到最新，一樣還是開機無畫面無逼聲。
也已排除是不是插槽問題(我新主機板改插我妹的顯卡卻可以正常使用)。

想請問一下，這問題該怎麼排除呢？
