周麗芳出任副市長　吳思華樂觀其成

懸缺多時的台北市第三位副市長，確定由政大財政學系特聘教授周麗芳出任。曾經與她一起在政治大學服務的前上司，教育部長吳思華也對此表達看法。檢視周麗芳過去經歷，她除了在政大財政學系擔任教授外，也曾借調到公家機關服務。

吳思華在出席國際書展的大學出版社聯展開幕式前，被媒體詢問到對於周麗芳的看法。據報導，吳思華認為，周麗芳的專業能力強，對於她出任台北市副市長，樂觀其成。

在消息曝光時，台北市長柯文哲曾說，周麗芳學經歷很好，對目前市府團隊有最大的互補性，未來主要督導教育局、文化局、體育局，再加上她的學經歷俱佳，經過嚴格的評比過程，他自己也親自面試過，認為是很適當的人選。
