蒲亭：烏克蘭2月15日起停火

俄羅斯總統蒲亭今天在明斯克對記者說，烏克蘭危機談判已達成協議，將自2月15日起停火。

彭博報導，蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）說：「就重大事項已達成共識。」他與烏克蘭、法國、德國領導人在白俄羅斯首都明斯克就解決烏克蘭危機，舉行高峰會。

報導指出，就撤離重武器以及烏克蘭進行憲改已達成共識。

路透社報導，烏克蘭親俄分離分子拒絕簽署在明斯克談判的協議。此協議目的在終結烏克蘭內部衝突，戰鬥已造成5000多人喪命。

叛亂分子掌控的烏克蘭東部頓內茨（Donetsk）和盧甘斯克（Luhansk）等地區2名領導人抵達明斯克，原本提高達成協議的希望。
