房地合一定案營建股大漲

台股今天封關，大盤開平高盤後持穩向上，多方力拚馬年封關收紅。今天盤面上最具有人氣的類股是營建類股，類股一開盤平均漲幅就突破1%，占大盤成交比重也大幅提升。財政部房地合一稅的方案終於拍版定案昨天公佈，明年起買進的房屋納入課稅範圍，稅率低於原本的規劃且不溯及既往。

利空出盡推升營建類股大漲，其中又以太子的走勢最強，直接漲停板鎖住12.8元，反應的是去年營收及EPS表現不錯的利多；冠德、華固也強勢大漲超過6%。好長一段時間不曾發動攻勢的營建類股，一吐悶氣，但房地合一政策定案後是否能讓房市回溫並帶動買盤回流營建股則有待觀察。
