看到這篇忍不住來分享一下神教的薪資本魯也拿到一些offer，大部份都是差不多水平(加伙食) 48k 外商不談唯獨神教很複雜好像試用期完會核一次薪 hr在電話中講了一堆規則，聽頭就昏了底薪 37.4k 伙食 2.6 激勵 3k (試用期*0.5，之後依績效按比率核發) bonus ????(看表現) 不保14 hr一直在電話中洗腦說雖然底薪低，但是bonus很多，今年發多少 blah blah blah 我心裡的os就只有啊那不就是41.5k*12........ bonus那種東西吃不吃的到還不一定勒，就算你說bonus有6個月吃不到也是空中城堡是本魯行情太差才拿這麼低薪嗎？還是……高雄生活真的這麼便宜XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.246.87.208 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423825996.A.197.html ※ 編輯: l13 (111.246.87.208), 02/13/2015 19:15:34
