散布李英愛夫婦謠言網友被判罰款

南韓首爾西部地方法院昨天表示，對因涉嫌在網路散布「李英愛和丈夫鄭某透過不正當關係結婚」的文章而被起訴的尹某，以「誹謗罪」判處罰金80萬韓元（約合730美元）。

南韓「朝鮮日報」指出，法院判決指出，李英愛和丈夫鄭某之間根本不存在「權色交易」，但30多歲的公司職員尹某公然散布謠言，損害了受害者名譽。

據報導，尹某於2009年9月在網路公告欄上傳有關李英愛和丈夫的謠言，遭到控告。

李英愛的丈夫於2013年向警方檢舉了涉嫌透過惡意回帖和部落格散布虛假傳聞、損害他人名譽的網友。
