記者訪學運濺血林飛帆不起訴

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北22日電）反服貿抗爭學生去年攻占行政院，宋姓攝影記者採訪時不滿遭水瓶砸傷頭部，控告抗爭學生林飛帆等3人。台北地檢署今將3人不起訴。

電視台宋姓攝影記者指控，他去年3月24日凌晨3時前往行政院採訪，遭群眾丟擲水瓶砸傷頭部，事後控告林飛帆、陳為廷及魏揚3人涉嫌傷害，批評他們未控制好現場，應負起連帶責任。

但檢方調查，林飛帆、陳為廷當時不在現場，而魏揚也在3月24日凌晨零時至1時間被警方逮捕，也不在現場，沒有證據證明宋男受傷與3人有關，將3人不起訴。1040122
