立院三讀　日租套房納入旅館業規範

立法院院會今三讀通過《發展觀光條例》修正案，將可能涉及違法的日租套房納入規範。修正案新增，除觀光旅館外，以各種方式名義提供不特定人以日或周的住宿，並收取相關費用的營利事業，屬於旅館業，等同正式將日租套房納入規範。

修正案規定，若未領取登記證，將處18萬至90萬元罰鍰，並命其立即停業，若仍繼續營業，主管機關可採取停水、停電甚至強制拆除等措施。

修正案也規定，民宿若未領取登記證，處6萬以上30萬以下罰鍰；若仍繼續營業者，同樣按次處罰斷水、斷電、強制拆除或結束營業等措施。(郭建伸／台北報導)
