中華電信手機突然不能打電話也不能接電話也沒網路 (急20

剛剛突然手機怪怪的打不了電話也接不了電話
而且還訊號都滿格

而且網路就算在H+也跑不動

平常不會這樣的

我的是中華電信
手機型號式 Alcatel ONE TOUCH 6040D

不知道是電信業者的問題還是我的SIM卡
或我的手機問題
