上海跨年活動發生嚴重踩踏事件，死傷者中有3名台灣人，都是安永會計師事務所員工，此次是到大陸出差。其中，周怡安傷重不治，李毓芸受傷住院觀察中，陳秋璇傷勢無大礙已經出院的，海基會正安排家屬前往上海。

從周怡安的臉書上可看出，年輕甜美的周怡安任職於台中安永，是耶誕夜出發到上海，還在臉書上分享在上海的所見所聞及心得，沒想到此行成了不歸路。
