習近平周五出訪印度等4國

中共外交部發言人秦剛今天宣布，中共國家主席習近平將出席九月十一日至十二日在塔吉克杜桑貝舉行的上海合作組織成員國元首理事會第十四次會議。

屆時，習近平將會和俄羅斯總統普廷，進行今年第四次的會晤，將就下一步雙邊關係發展交換意見，推動中俄兩國能源、經貿、高科技等領域的合作，特別是戰略性的大項目合作，爭取早日實現雙邊貿易額二千億美元的目標。

此外，應塔吉克總統拉赫蒙、馬爾代夫總統亞明、斯里蘭卡總統拉賈帕克薩、印度總統慕克吉的邀請，習近平將於九月十二日至十九日對上述四國進行國事訪問。

稍早，中共外交部宣布因為當地政局的原因，習近平延遲訪問巴基斯坦。
