我安裝了錯誤的印表機驅動程式的更新，那個是直接壓縮執行，沒有路徑可循，導致 Windows XP當機的原因，而且從開機也會當機，要一直反覆開開關關，才能進入桌面，那要怎麼把他刪除掉，檔案名稱我忘了，是不是要把整個HP程式刪掉重新安裝呢，要用光碟還是不用
