地政士法第51條之1修法通過後，未來地政士登錄房價有誤，只要在期限內修正就不會受罰，外界質疑這將造成實價登錄制度門戶洞開疑慮，內政部今（16）日表示，將請地方政府加強查核申報登錄資訊，並規劃縮短限期改正天數等配套措施，以確保資訊正確性。

在朝野立委聯手之下，立法院三讀通過修正地政士法，未來地政士（俗稱代書）登錄房價有誤，若經檢舉或糾正，只要在期限內修正資訊就不會受罰，外界質疑，這會會使得實價登錄公信力蕩然無存，立法院有再修法的必要。

內政部對此表示，地政士法第51條之1立法之初，考量業者專業性優於權利人及資料正確性之重要，故規定如有違反實價申報登錄規定之情事，即應逕予處罰，僅對於權利人給予限期改正之機會，在本次條文修正後，未來對於申報登錄不實部分，恐須耗費大量人力及行政資源進行實地查核。

內政部表示，在修法通過後，已立即邀集公平交易委員會、行政院消費者保護處、法務部及各直轄市、縣（市）政府研議相關配套措施，以避免延宕揭露時程，並減輕法案修正造成的衝擊。
