半導體塑膠封裝材料市場 將衝210億美元

根據SEMI與TechSearchInternational 共同出版的全球半導體封裝材料展望中顯示，包括熱介面材料在內的全球半導體封裝材料市場總值到2017年預計將維持200億美元水準，而在打線接合使用貴金屬如黃金的現況亦在轉變。

儘管有持續的價格壓力，有機基板仍佔市場最大部份，2013年全球預估為74億美元，201年則將超過87億美元。當終端用戶尋求更低成本的封裝解決方案及面對嚴重的降價壓力時，大多數封裝材料也面臨低成長營收狀況。

此外，在打線接合封裝製程轉變到使用銅和銀接合線，已經顯著減低黃金價格的影響力。
