面試前後差很大！　3成5上班族認為「我的主管像希特勒」

〔記者曹逸雯╱台北報導〕暑期是畢業求職的旺季，根據調查，87%受訪者表示，面試主管的「第一印象」會影響進入公司的意願，有38%認為現在的主管與當初面試時「差很大」；至於現實中你的主管長什麼樣？以「希特勒主管」最多，占35%，其次是「海綿寶寶主管」，占20%。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/finance/~4/vhZhHMesKKc" height="1" width="1"/>
