改善南迴鐵路　枋寮訴求：要鐵路高架

針對鐵路改建工程局規畫南迴鐵路改善工程，擬在枋寮中山路闢長600公尺高架陸橋，今天枋寮鄉民與鐵改局官員協調時，發出「不要公路陸橋，要鐵路高架化」的心聲。地方初步達成公路路陸橋未取得地方同意前不得施工；要求屏東縣政府儘速展開枋寮鐵路高架化用地取得等可行性評估；及爭取枋寮段鐵路電氣雙軌化等共識。
 
鐵改局副局長唐繼宏表示，地方擔心公路陸橋的興闢會阻隔地方都市發展，爭取鐵路高架化的心聲，他已了解。不過，相關計畫的可行性，依規定需先由縣府就都市計畫能否配合、用地取得難易等，進行評估。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
