美亨氏食品合併卡夫巴菲特加碼投資

美國亨氏食品公司（Heinz）和卡夫食品（Kraft）2家公司今天發布聯合聲明說，2家公司將合併成為北美第3大食品及飲料公司。

亨氏食品的股東將在新的卡夫亨氏公司（KraftHeinz Company）持有51%股權。

聲明又說，亨氏的控權股東美國億萬富翁巴菲特（Warren Buffett）及巴西3G資本公司（3G Capital），將加碼投資新集團100億美元。
