20點~!救命!安卓轉 ios line備份聊天紀錄!!!

我已經做很多功課，實在都沒辦法才發問了，
大家都說itools 可以備份line聊天記錄到 IOS
但是我就是弄不過去，打開itoolsHTC備份完，Iphone無法安裝過去那個備份檔。
還有人傳言說綁定mail就不用擔心紀錄不見，
這個方法我也試過，一樣不見。
他們說登入line不要用''用戶登入''
用''新增用戶''那個，我也試過，一樣不見，
所以到底什麼辦法可以把line紀錄備份過去呢~~~~~~~??????
拜託拜託幫幫我吧~~~
