陸客搶買濟州島土地持有年增165%

（中央社台北14日電）南韓國土交通部最新數據顯示，2014年中國大陸籍人士持有的濟州島土地面積310萬平方公尺，較2013年劇增165%。

陸媒中國日報近日報導，外籍人士2014年在濟州島購入土地面積約617萬平方公尺，其中陸籍占50.2%，美國22.4%、日本14.1%。

中新財經今天報導，南韓國土交通部數據，截至2014年底，外國人持有的南韓土地約2.3億平方公尺，占整體國土面積0.2%，價值約33.6兆韓元（約新台幣9576億元）。

整體來看，美籍擁有1.2億平方公尺、占52.8%，歐洲人持2544萬平方公尺、占10.9%，日籍持1721萬平方公尺、占比7.3%，陸籍持1322萬平方公尺、占5.6%。

以地區來看，外籍人士對濟州島的興趣特別高，持有面積年增51.6%，特別是陸籍增幅驚人，達165%。1040214
