頂新獻金案特偵組傳姚祖驤作證

（中央社記者劉世怡台北11日電）最高法院檢察署特別偵查組偵辦頂新國際集團獻金案，今天傳喚亞翔工程股份有限公司董事長姚祖驤作證，訊後請回。

姚祖驤接受特偵組訊問後，面對媒體提問出庭原因與聯華電子股份有限公司榮譽副董事長宣明智等人有沒有關聯？他說，「無關」。

媒體工作者周玉蔻日前指稱馬團隊收頂新集團新台幣2億元政治獻金。特偵組分查字案，由檢察官林宗志負責偵辦。1040211
