劫匪最後通牒　法務部：交現場指揮官決定

高雄監獄挾持事件主謀鄭立德凌晨第4度致電《蘋果》，並提出3個讓事件落幕的方案，包括讓張安樂帶2瓶高梁酒進去，6人喝完後，和2名人質跟著張安樂棄械投降。或是讓警方進來帶酒進來，喝完後6人自殺。但如果2點半前沒動靜，他就準備火併玉石俱焚。

對此《蘋果》接獲訊息後，立即轉告法務部，法務部表示，交由現場指揮官決定，而現場檢警則說，之前已有接獲消息，但不知有2點半的最後底線，目前仍在研議如何處理。（法庭中心／台北報導）
