有關於吹中國笛與長笛的嘴型(口風)

想請教各位前輩，
我以前有學過一點中國笛，
當時老師跟我說中國笛的嘴型與長笛相同，
記得中國笛有所謂的"風門"有就是嘴唇出氣的開合大小
如果要吹越高音，風門就要越小，兩邊肌肉要憋更緊

我的問題是，
不知道各位學習長笛或中國笛的前輩
你們練習所謂的"風門"開合大小是如何練習的呢?
因為我發現自己對鏡練習時，
仰頭仍無法看到自己的風門開口
因為當我一閉唇，上下唇永遠是緊貼的，
根本無法產生一個開口，更遑論控制開口大小
我不知是否是我唇形的關係，
不知前輩有無任何相關經驗呢?
