柯建銘：扁確定下周一才能出來

外界關注前總統陳水扁能否在2014年結束前最後一天保外就醫。民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘今天傍晚表示，擴大醫療鑑定小組資料已送到矯正署，但審查小組成員來不及到齊審查，目前時間已經太晚，要到下周一（1月5日）才能處理陳水扁保外就醫相關事宜。

柯建銘說，外界已經積極奔走在處理此事。
