廠房地磚防水施工問題

廠房室內地板需要防水，原本要在地磚上舖epoxy，
但是發現，epoxy並不好維護，又很容易就產生刮痕，
還是地磚比較好維護，
但我們需要防水...
聽說可以在地磚上直接做防水處理(不需打除地磚)
有人知道這種料質是什麼?
優缺點?
有推薦的廠商嗎? (新北市)
