公共電視過去所播過的一部動畫

記得大概在國小時（我今年19歲），在公共電視看到一部動畫
不過忘記名字了，現在想起來只有幾個線索：
故事好像是中東或非洲的民俗故事，動畫的主角是一個包著尿布的小嬰兒
只記得他一直奔跑，還有好像是要找母親還是打敗大魔王的橋段

而且動畫裡的人物，印象中都是黑色的，有點像皮影戲那樣，類似Michel Ocelot 的《Les contes de la nui》
請問片名是什麼？
